Shipping Policy

At Ebonshire Apothecary, each order is thoughtfully prepared and packaged by hand.

Most orders ship within 24 hours. However, please allow 3–5 business days for processing and shipment, especially during holidays, promotions, or periods of high order volume.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an automatic shipping confirmation email from Shopify with tracking information when tracking is available. Please use this information to follow your package’s journey.

Please note that the 3–5 business day timeframe refers to order processing and shipment, not the carrier’s delivery time. Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of Ebonshire Apothecary's control and may vary based on destination, weather, holidays, and carrier volume.
